| 摘 要： | 美国研究型大学接受社会捐赠的历史悠久,形成了接受社会捐赠类别和方式多样化、社会捐赠筹措正规化、程序化的特点,并在社会捐赠资金管理方面取得了很多成功经验,建立了完善的社会捐赠资金管理和投资模式,对我国高校开展社会捐赠工作具有非常现实的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | It has been a long time that American research universities accept the social donation,which has formed some characteristics.For instance,the sorts and the modes of accepting social donation become diversiform,and raising money is in normal procedure.American research universities also gain much successful experience in managing donated fund,and they established perfect fund pattern of management and investment.All these can be used for reference for Chinese universities in developing social donation system. |
