| 摘 要： | 高技能型人才问题是当前研究的热点。关于高技能型人才短缺原因，主要观点有：培养慢，晋升难；传统人才标准不利；激励和保障机制缺乏；投入少；职教生源数量和质量下滑；职教发展滞后。其人才培养模式，主要有校企合作、订单教育、工学交替、产学结合等，要从思想、机制、制度等方面予以保障。其人才培养主体，主要是高职院校。未来研究中，建立科学合理的预测模型应成为重点，而关于校企合作、产学结合的途径及实现方式则更需要深入研究。

| Abstract: | The problem of high-skilled talents is hot study point at present.Main points on the reasons of high-skilled talents shortages are: slow cultivation and difficult upgrading,bad influence of traditional talents standard,lack of inspiration and assurance mechanism,etc.The cultivation models of high-skilled talents are mainly as the following: cooperation between school and enterprise,ordering-form education,alternation of working with learning,combination of production with teaching,etc.The main cultivation subject of high-skilled talents is higher vocational school.In future study,the construction of scientific and reasonable prediction model should become focus point,and the approaches and achievement modes of cooperation between school and enterprise,combination of production with teaching should be studied further. |
