| 摘 要： | 高职院校人才培养过程与企业产品运行过程有着相似的运行模式。借鉴企业新产品开发流程，高职院校新专业的开发必须以国家政策导引及区域经济发展需求为方向，注重学院自身的发展定位，坚持合作办学，降低投资风险，实现效益最大化。

| Abstract: | The operational model of talents cultivation process in higher vocational schools is similar to the operational process of enterprise's products.Refering the developing flow of new products in enterprise,the development of new specialty must take the national policy guidance and district demand of economical development as the direction,pay attention to the self-orientation of the development of the college,persist in running school cooperatively,decrease investment venture,try to achieve the maximized benefit. |
