| 摘 要： | 民办高等教育具有应时性、突进性和问题性的特点。为促进民办高等教育发展,我们应该用经验与思辨相结合、归纳与演绎并存的方法论来思考看待民办高等教育的发展,并通过明确定位,规范管理;公平竞争,通力合作;加大扶持,实施问责等途径来促进民办高等教育的发展。

| Abstract: | The features of the non-public higher education development,that is,meeting the demands of the age,progressing speedily and reflecting the problematic issues.To develop the non-public higher education.We should do the followings:the combination of the expe- rience and speculation;the coexistence of the induction and deduction.To promot the development of the non-public higher education.We should also carry out the normative administration,make the fair competition and make the cooperation with effort and increase the support and to actualize the accountability. |
