| Abstract: | The paper discusses the content and composition of knowledge management framework, and the research status and typical cases of knowledge management framework in China and abroad. Based on this, the paper analyzes the characteristics of knowledge management framework in different industries, and compares the differences of China and foreign countries in constructing and implementing knowledge management framework. Finally, the paper puts forward some key points in constructing a successful knowledge management framework. |
