| 摘 要： | 在全球化的全方位冲击中，首当其冲的就是民族国家。民族国家既是全球化的产物，又是全球化进程的最大推动。但是，随着全球化的进一步发展，两的矛盾也越来越突出。作为客观过程的全球化，无时无刻不在改造民族国家，对国家主权地位形成严峻挑战。

| Abstract: | During the course of omnidirectional impacts of globalization, it is the nation - state that stand in the breach. Nation - state is the outcome of globalization, and also the most important propellent in the process of globalization. However, with the further development of globalization, the contradiction between nation - state and globalization becomes more and more outstanding. As an objective course, globalization has been rebuilding nation - states all the time. At the same time, it takes challenges severely to the position of sovereignty of nation - state. |
