摘    要:本文是一份关于教师因素对高校外语学习者影响的调研分析报告。通过对北京三所高校108名学生的问卷抽样调查,揭示了外语学习中学生的动机需求文及对直接影响学习动机和效果的教师因素的偏好情况。

Abstract:This paper presents the results of a survey of learning motivation and the effect of teacher variables on tertiary-level students of foreign language learning (FLL). The analysis, which is based on the qualitative data collected from 108 randomly selected students of three universities, sheds light on the students' needs as foreign language learners, especially their preferences concerning the teacher factors which may significantly affect the motivation and achievement of their learning endeavors.
