| 摘 要： | 文章通过阅读大量的文献资料,并结合多年的教学实践,对高校女生健美操教学进行了多年的研究探讨,根据女大学生的身、心特点及健美操项目的特点,归纳总结了女子健美操选编和创编的原则、教材的内容及教学的方法,以提高教学效果和质量。
