| 摘 要： | 军事体育院校内以挖掘部潜力、提高军事体育大学生素质培养效率为基本出发点，作探讨了军事体育大学生的素质培养途径，提出了“加强教员素质提高、军事体育大学生的素质培养要与学校日常工作接轨、尽快建立军事体育大学生的素质培养标准及评价体系”等观点。

| Abstract: | In order to explore the latent potential of military sports institute and improve the educational efficiency of quality nurture to the student of the military sport institute, the author inquires into the educational channel for military sports student and puts forward some personal viewpoints, namely, improving the teachers' and the military sports students' quality must be connected with the daily work of institute and built the quality nurture standard and evaluation system of the military sports institute. |
