| 摘 要： | 在总结国内外图书馆绩效评估理论的基础上，结合迈克尔·波特的基本竞争战略、普拉哈拉德和哈默的核心能力战略、钱·金和勒尼·莫博涅的蓝海战略，构建以读者价值创新为起点，兼顾图书馆内部资源、能力和外部环境，战略导向的图书馆绩效评估模型。并对该模型的实施提出几点对策，以期为图书馆寻求系统的战略绩效观。

| Abstract: | The paper sums up the status research on library performance evaluation, and according to Michael E·Porter’s competition strategy, Prahalad and Hamel’s core competence strategy, Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne’s blue ocean strategy, the authers build the library performance evaluation model which is strategy-oriented and put the reader’s value at first, consider library’s environment and resources. Finally the authers points out several views on the implementation of the model, which is to assess the library performance from the system view. |
