| 摘 要： | 我国的高职教育存在着诸多的问题和矛盾，如：超速发展引发难以协调的矛盾；经费不足带来规模与质量的尴尬；办学理念存在误区；师资力量不足，等等。相应的对策有：搞好宏观调控，落实经费投入：树立正确的办学理念；加强师资队伍建设；推进教学改革；探索二年制办学模式等。
