| 摘 要： | 近年,青岛市家族企业发展迅猛,但许多企业在公司治理结构方面存在股权结构狭窄、模糊,董事会功能缺失和机构虚置等现象,家族式管理结构浓厚,公司治理制度普遍存在盲区。家族企业需要不断克服这些比较严重的内在缺陷,才能实现家族企业管理现代化。

| Abstract: | Qingdao's family firms have got a rapid growth in the recent years.However,many of them have a lot of serious problems in the field of management,such as the unclearness and narrowness of the equities,the loss of the directorate function and department function,denseness of family management and other common management problems.The family firms should get over the internal problems and seek for the right way for the modernization of the family firms continuously. |
