| 摘 要： | 保护高校学生的合法权益，必须为其提供一定的法律救济途径。但目前高校学生的法律救济制度存在缺陷，高校学生的合法权益在高等教育活动中受到侵害却得不到法律救济制度的有效保护。本文试就目前高校学生法律救济制度存在缺陷及完善高校学生法律救济制度进行探讨。

| Abstract: | To protect the legal rights and interests of university students, certain access to legal remedies must be provided to them. However, there is deficiency in the present legal remedy system of university students. When the legal rights and interests of university students in higher education activities suffer infringement, there is no effective protection from the legal remedy system. This dissertation is an initial research on the existing deficiencies of present legal remedy system of university students and the way of improving the system. |
