| 摘 要： | 金融危机考验企业家素质,也考验高校毕业生的就业思想。危机之下,企业身陷严冬,职业院校毕业生就业深受影响,也让大学生认识到职业规划的重要性。文章基于危机时代背景,着眼于后危机时代,认为毕业生的职业道德素质渐成为企业最为看重的因素之一,因此高校应加强学生在校期间的思想政治道德教育（思德教育）,思想道德教育应结合学生的实际利益,即应结合职业规划教育进行。
