| Abstract: | To create advanced a basic party organizations become outstanding party members,it is an activity and a carrier,however,to foster a sense of public servants,and enhance a sense of public servants,is the starting point and ownership.In this paper,to base the specific conditions of China,from history and reality are two dimensions;we interpret specifically the specific relationship between striving to be first and the sense of public servants. |
