| 摘 要： | 教育事业事关重大,涪陵社会经济发展为推动涪陵城乡教育一体化工作奠定了坚实的基础。城乡教育一体化把教育置于由城市和乡村构成的大系统中,突破城乡二元经济结构和社会结构的障碍,在教育领域内实现城乡和谐发展,共享优质教育资源,并通过教育手段传承和分享共同的人类文明成果,实现城乡教育的现代化。涪陵实施城乡教育一体化有促进重庆一圈两翼发展、促进涪陵社会经济全面进步、实现涪陵群众教育公平权利和缓解涪陵基础教育的入学矛盾等重大意义,具体通过四大战略建立理念体系、四化建设建立保障机制、四大工程建立策略机制来实现。
