| 摘 要： | 组织生活是党组织对党员进行教育、管理、监督,促进党员发挥先锋模范作用,增强基层组织战斗堡垒作用的重要制度。当下高校党支部组织生活存在的诸多问题,可以通过创新机制加以解决。创新必须坚持解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进、求真务实的原则,从根本上保证创新的正确方向,并通过创新思路观念、规章体制、内容形式、评价机制四条路径加以进行。
