| 摘 要： | 通过对上海市 16个竞技运动项目裁判员的现状调查 ,发现高校拥有较强的培养裁判的优势和条件 ,依靠高校来培养裁判员不失为一条较好的途径。从裁判员应具备的素质、体育院校培养裁判的优势两个方面进行探讨 ,为国家培养裁判员的工作提供参考 ,以期为将来在北京举办的 2 0 0 8年奥运会 ,提供更多高层次、高质量、更具影响力的高水平裁判员。

| Abstract: | After analyzing current referee situations in 16 sports, it is found that PE tertiary institutes are well -conditioned and have great advantages for training various referees. This thesis correlates the advantages of PE tertiary institutes with the required qualities of referees to demonstrate that training referees in tertiary institutes is quite efficient. This paper is expected to be helpful for national referee training work. Therefore, it is suggestive to cultivate sufficient highly qualified referees for 2008 Beijing Olympics in PE tertiary institutes. |
