| 摘 要： | 邓小平发展观是马克思主义社会发展学说的重要组成部分 ,它对我国新时期的国家安全战略具有重要的指导意义。邓小平提出“和平与发展”的时代主题 ,为我国安全战略的转移指明了方向 ,“以经济建设为中心”的发展思想确立了我国安全战略重心。明确指出 ,我国安全战略的实施必须适应对外开放的新环境 ,发展高科技将对我国安全战略发展具有重要支撑作用。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's Theory on development is an important component of Marxist theory of social development. It is a significant guidance to national security strategy of our country in the new period. Deng Xiaoping proposed "peace and development", the theme of the time, and pointed out the direction of national security strategies. The guideline of "centering around economic construction" has determined the focus of the national security strategies. It definitely indicates that the national security strategy is obliged to adapt to the new opening up situation, and the development of high-tech is an important prop of the development of national security strategy of China. |
