| 摘 要： | 人类社会的发展观与发展战略经历了从“传统发展战略”、“综合发展战略”到“可持续发展战略”的发展过程。“以满足最广大人民根本利益为核心”的“科学发展观”是从新时期适应改革开放和现代化建设需要，努力把握发展规律，吸取人类关于发展的有益成果，着眼于创新发展观念、开拓发展思路、破解发展难题提出来的，具有鲜明的中国特色。

| Abstract: | The process of concept of development of human society comprises three phases,which are traditional development,synthetical development,and scientific outlook on development.The main body of scientific outlook on development is to satisfy the benefit of the most of people.That kind concept of development meets the need of reform and opening up and in the modernization drive.It derived from grasping the rules of development,absorbing the useful results of human development,bringing forth new ideas of development,widening the eyesight of development,solving the problem of development.That kind concept of development is distinctively chinese. |
