| 摘 要： | 造成我国居民收入差距不断扩大的原因是多方面的,其中城乡二元经济结构、改革开放的发展战略、部门和行业的垄断、经济的高速增长所形成收入高低的分化、经济体制转轨时期形成的黑色收入、政府主持的再分配存在的缺陷等是其主要的原因.它已严重阻碍我国经济的发展,应加大力度调节收入差距.

| Abstract: | The causes for the ever-increasing difierences of citizens earnings in our country are many, among which are the economic stmctures of the city and the rural area,the developing strategy of reform and open policy,the monopoly of a specific section or a specific trade,the polarization of earnings caused by the rapid economic growth,the windfall some people had gained during the process of the reform of the economic system,and the defects of the re-distribution of wealth of which the government took charge.These problems have seriously hindered the economic development of our country,and therefore it is necessary to adjust the earning diffierences. |
