| 摘 要： | 职业生涯规划对高职学生具有重要意义。高职院校必须担负起对学生进行职业生涯规划教育的义务。高职院校应建立学生职业生涯规划的服务网络体系，通过职业生涯规划教育使学生具备良好的职业观念，使学生掌握使用“职业锚”“岗位群”，为自己职业生涯定位。

| Abstract: | Career planning is of great. importance to vocational college students. Vocational colleges must take on the duty of giving students career planning education, establish a network system of students career planning service, make students have good career ideas through career planning education, and in order to orient their career, students should learn to use“voeational anchor” and “position cluster”. |
