| 摘 要： | 法律职业口才的主体是法律职业人员,法律职业口才的对象是特定的法律职业人员和当事人、其他诉讼参与人、法律服务对象,法律职业口才的内容是事实与法律、权利与义务,法律职业口才的特征是:法律性、逻辑性(准确性)、目的性、特定性等。法律职业人员应加强法律职业问话技巧、宣读技巧和辩论技巧的训练,特别要加强法律职业口语纠错。

| Abstract: | The subject of Legal Profession Eloquence is for Legal Profession.The object of Legal Profession Eloquence is for Legal Profession,litigant,other participants in proceeding and people of legal service.The content of Legal Profession Eloquence is fact and law,right and obligation.The characteristics of Legal Profession Eloquence are Legality(accuracy),logicality,intention,particularity,and so on.Legal Profession should reinforce the skills in questioning,reading out and debating,especially they should lay stress on the ability in correcting mistakes in spoken language as lawyers by profession. |
