| 摘 要： | 目的:观察循证护理实践对高血压患者的影响。方法:就诊高血压病患者随机分成对照组和循证组,在药物治疗基础上,对照组采取传统护理模式,循证组实施循证护理干预,比较两组血压达标率和健康知识掌握及依从性情况。结果:循证组血压控制达标44例(70.9%),对照组27例(50.0%),两组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.34,P<0.05);循证组健康知识掌握及依从性均好于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:循证护理可提高护理质量,从而使高血压的治疗获得更加满意的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with hypertension.Methods:All the patients with hypertension were divided into control group and evidence-based nursing group.On the basis of drug treatment,traditional nursing was given to the patient in control group while evidence-based nursing was given to the evidence-based nursing group.Control rate and compliance rate of blood pressure were compared as well as the achievement of related knowledge on health.Results:44 patients in evidence-based nursing group and 27 patients in control group(50.0%) have achieved the standard(70.9%),and the significance was statistically different(χ2=5.34,P<0.05).The achievement of related knowledge on health and compliance rate in evidence-based nursing group were both better than those in control group with significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing may improve the nursing quality and achieve much more satisfied effect on hypertension treatment. |
