| 摘 要： | 我国大学生心理健康教育工作历经30年的发展,已走向了专业化、规范化的道路,但尚存一些发展中的问题。优化现有的高校心理教育模式,应定位于心理自助理念,构建大学生心理健康教育的心理自助模式。更加注重和突出大学生在心理教育中的主体地位,助其建立良好的心理自助系统。使大学生在日常的学习生活中学会首先依靠自己的力量,运用专业的心理自助方法,展开心理自助与助人,成为维护自我心理健康的主人,实现高校心理健康教育的最终目标。

| Abstract: | With the thirty years’ development,the mental health education of college students in China has been on the road to specialization and normalization,but there are still some problems.Improving the mental education mode of the colleges and universities,should be based on the mental self-help concepts and construct the mental health education self-help mode of the college students.Pay more attention and highlight the principal position of the college students in the mental health education to help them establish the good mental self-help system,so that the college students firstly learn to help themselves and other people by using the professional mental self-help method in the daily life,become the master of their own who maintain their mental health and achieve the goal of the mental health education. |
