| 摘 要： | 胃肠减压是腹部外科的常见操作技术,重点阐述了腹部外科病人胃肠减压的方法、胃管的选择、插入的深度和固定方法的改进,对胃肠减压期间引流不畅的原因和护理也做了总结,提出要保证有效的胃肠减压需做好心理护理,注意置管方法、置管深度、固定方法及密切观察引流情况。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly expounds the way of gastrointestinal decompression for the abdominal surgery patients,the option of stomach tube,the depth of tube insertion and the improvement of fixation method,makes a summary of the reasons and nursing care of inadequate drainage for gastrointestinal decompression,and lays stress on the importance of mental care,tube placing,depth,fixation and carefully watching the process of drainage in order to assure effective gastrointestinal decompression. |
