| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨依达拉奉结合其他常规西医治疗脑震荡临床疗效。方法:对98例脑震荡患者随机分为3组,常规西医治疗组,依达拉奉结合常规西医治疗组,纯中医治疗组。结果:通过临床观察、总结,依达拉奉结合常规西医治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依达拉奉结合常规西医治疗脑震荡疗程短,疗效佳,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:Explore the clinical efficacy of edaravone combined with other conventional Western treatment of concussion.Methods:98 cases of concussion patients were randomly divided into three groups,in conventional Western medicine treatment group,combination with conventional Western medicine treatment group,pure Chinese medicine treatment group·Results:Through clinical observation,summarize,Edaravone combination of conventional Western medicine treatment group were significantly better than other groups,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone combination of conventional Western medicine treatment of concussion,short course,efficacy,fewer adverse reactions,and worthy of promotion. |
