| 摘 要： | 发展生态产业是生态文明建设的一项重要内容，是贯彻实践科学发展观的内在要求，也是落实浙江省委、省政府“创业富民、创新强省”两大战略的根本保证。对于丽水这样一个以生态优势为最大优势、以加快发展为最大任务的欠发达地区来说，发展生态产业，建设生态文明，是实现经济社会发展历史性跨越、全面建设惠及全市人民的小康社会的根本途径。为此，必须采取以下对策：促进农业生产生态化，保护生态环境；发展生态工业，防止“三废”污染；发展生态林业，夯实生态环境保护基础；发展生态旅游业，带动相关产业发展。
