| 摘 要： | 如果说通常意义的诚信一词体现对个体的要求，那么司法诚信则代表了国家司法机关在广大公民心目中的公信力．在社会诚信体系中，司法诚信应当是社会诚信的基础和保障。司法诚信不仅仅是司法机关内部改革的急需，更应是构建和谐社会的法律理念。
