| 摘 要： | 本研究在调查和实践的基础上,对普通高校武术选项课的理论、技术内容进行了设计论证,认为其技术教学内容可以围绕武术的四技:踢、打、摔、拿展开,同时安排一定的器械实用技法介绍;理论教学内容应该围绕体育、民族传统体育、武术、武术攻防课等内容进行讲述。

| Abstract: | On the base of investigation and practice, the study carried on the design to the system of theory and technique of Wushu's class. The technique content of Wushu's class can revolve the four kind of skills: kicking, boxing, wrestling, catching, simultaneously weapon's technique should also be arranged. The theoretical teaching content should be discoursed on detail by detail revolving physical education, traditional national sports, Wushu, Wushu's course etc. |
