| 摘 要： | 社会急需会展旅游专业人才，院校需要及时调整培养计划。明确培养目标、整合教学资源、优化教学过程、提高教学水平、加强教科研工作、增加实践机会，已经成为院校会展旅游专业人才培养需要实现的主要技术指标。

| Abstract: | The society is in great need of exhibition and tourism talents, which requires colleges and universities to timely adjust their training plans. To make clear the aim of cultivation, inte-grate teaching resources, optimize the teaching process, improve the level of teaching, strengthen teaching and research work, and increase opportunities for practice, have become the main tech-nical indicators needed to be achieved by colleges and universi-ties in the cultivation of exhibition and tourism talents. |
