| Abstract: | Under the market economy system, contract has become the important component of economy.Because the comprehension of contracts is contentious among each part, it is necessary to resolve entanglements with contract interpretation.This paper makes the study of the theories and rules of the continental law system and Anglo -American law system regarding the contract interpretation.Meanwhile, in the light of specific conditions in China, it makes a detailed and comprehensive analysis of the rules on contract interpretation. |
