| Abstract: | This article,by comparing poetry in China and Japan, is to comb the influence of classical Chinese poetry on Japanese Waka and Haiku,and from which concludes that Japanese poetry has a narrower but unique development while inheriting Chinese poetic tradition: narrower subjects, more condensed form and more slender aesthetics. |
