考试焦虑的认知行为干预研究

摘    要:高中三年级是学生考试焦虑最明显的时期。通过前测发现,高中三年级学生具有较明显的考试焦虑倾向;通过对实验组和对照组的分析对比发现,认知行为干预对缓解学生考试焦虑具有明显效果,尤其是对女生的干预要优于男生,但不显著。

Experimental Study on Cognitive Behavior Interference on Test Anxiety

Abstract:Third-grade students in senior high school hold most of the test anxiety.Through a pre-test on third-grade high school students,the present study found that they had obvious test anxiety.The comparative analysis of the results from the experiments between the experimental group and the control group shows that,there was a noticeable effect of the cognitive behavioral interference on the alleviating of the students' test anxiety.On the other hand,the effect was much better upon girls than that upon boys,but there was no significant difference between the two.
