柑橘和瓯柑橘皮类黄酮清除羟基自由基的效果

摘    要:以柑橘皮和瓯柑橘皮类黄酮为研究对象,利用Fenton反应产生的羟自由基与染料试剂溴甲酚紫发生氧化反应后使其吸光值降低,间接测定它们对羟自由基(·OH)的清除效果。结果:lmg/mL柑橘皮类黄酮,在0.20-0.80ml的使用剂量范围内,对·OH清除效果呈正比增加趋势(P〈0.01),超过O.80ml后开始略有降低;lmg/mL欧柑橘皮类黄酮,在0.10-1.0ml的使用剂量范围内,对·OH清除效果也呈正比增加趋势(P〈0.01),超过1.0mL后开始下降。同等剂量下瓯柑橘皮类黄酮对·OH清除效果显著高于柑橘皮类黄酮。

Abstract:Flavonoids extracted from orange peel and citrus suavissima peel was applied as the object in this study.A method was developed for determination of the hydroxyl radical in Fenton reaction. Bromocresol purple reacted with · OH, then the absorbency of the solution declined. It can be used to determine the ·OH indirectly due to the change of absorbency. The results showed that lmg/mL flavonoids from orange peel increased from 0.2mL to 0.8mL, lmg/mL flavonoids citrus suavissima peel from increased from 0.1mL to 1.0mL on the scavenging effect of ·OH is proportional to the increased ( P 〈 0.01), and are respectively in 0.8mL and 1.0mL on the removal rate reaches a maximum, and then began to decline. The scavenging effect of ·OH from citrus suavissima peel was significantly higher than that from orange peel in the same dose.
