| 摘 要： | 指出建设与规划广东省科技文献信息资源,必须准确把握世界潮流,认真吸取各国经验教训,开展数字化建设与实现信息资源共享;全面掌握国内新动向,特别是国家重要示范项目和重点省市相关项目的进展情况;深入分析面临的机遇,明确目标任务,寻求突破口;制订并实施创新与发展的措施,以确保实施科技兴粤战略目标的实现。

| Abstract: | This paper points out the existing problems, and puts forward some countermeasures through the investigation and analysis of the ST document resources in Guangdong Province. The countermeasures contain the following five aspects: ①correctly understanding the main development trend of the world;②understanding the curent situation of China; ③analyzing factors restricting the development of ST docuent resources; ④fixing the main targets for developent; ⑤making corresponding measures for innovation of document resources. |
