| 摘 要： | 高职院校发展与学校效能有十分密切的关系。高职院校要在竞争中求生存、谋发展，更需要提高自身的效能，其途径就是根据社会发展要求和自身特点，准确定位，培植自身的核心竞争力，以特色教育为突破口，打造品牌，实现自身的可持续发展。
