| 摘 要： | 黑龙江民族体育旅游发展具有得天独厚的优势条件。通过阐述、分析黑龙江民族体育旅游项目现状及其分类,用旅游系统理论提出民族体育旅游项目分类开发策略,并从资源、环境、产业三个方面,研究黑龙江民族体育旅游的可持续发展问题。
