| 摘 要： | 健美操课程是高校体育的主要课题,深受师生的喜爱,本文主要对当前高校健美操教学现状进行调查研究,指出了当前健美操教学存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了一些改进健美操教学的建议,希望为高校健美操教学改革提供一些思考。

| Abstract: | Aerobics course is the main subject of physical education in colleges and universities,favorite by students and teachers,this article focuses on the current situation of aerobics teaching in colleges and universities,has pointed out the problems in current aerobics teaching,and aims at these questions to propose some improvements in aerobics teaching,hope to provide some thinking for the college aerobics teaching reform. |
