论学校发展性心理辅导

摘    要:近年来,发展性心理辅导日益受到广大学校心理健康教育工作者的重视,并以其“预防性”和“发展性”逐渐成为学校心理健康教育工作的发展方向。发展性心理辅导是在心理科学理论不断发展的背景下,以心理健康标准的重新界说为契机而发展起来的,体现了学校心理辅导发展趋势的一种理论模式。该模式以全体学生为辅导对象,注重学生心理潜能的开发和人格的完善。学校发展性心理辅导的实施可以采取班级心理辅导活动课、个别或团体咨询、家庭和社区辅导网络相结合的金三角模式。

Abstract:Over the past years, developmental psychological guidance has been paid more and more attention at schools, and the "preventive" and "developmental" guidance is becoming the orientation of menal health education at school. Based on the theoretical progress of psychology and the redefinition of mental health standard, developmental metal guidance is a new theoretical model reflecting the development trend of psychological education at school. With all students as the target, this model of mental health guidance emphasizes the development of students' psychological potentials and the perfection of personality. In offering developmental mental guidance at school, the so-called "pyramid" integration model of class advising activities, individual or group consultations and family and community guidance can be a-dopted.
