| 摘 要： | 在回顾各种技能获取理论的基础上,对上述理论观点进行整合,形成一个概念性模型,并进一步探讨了模型的测量及在先进制造技术实施过程中的应用.该模型分析了管理者更好地理解先进制造技术的学习和技能获取过程,从而有效地管理先进制造技术.

| Abstract: | A variety of theories about earning skills are reviewed and the relations between these theories are explored.Based on these theories,a hybrid model is presented,measurement of the model and its application in advanced manufacturing technology(AMT) are discussed.The model will help managers understanding the processes of learning and skills acquisition in AMT,then improving the management of AMT. |
