摘    要:分析了风力机的基本特性,阐述了风力发电机组控制系统在低于额定风速时风力机的最大风能捕获及高于额定风速情况下的变桨距控制。在此基础上,利用SVM(support vector machines)优化风力机的风能利用系数以及变桨距控制系统的控制参数。仿真分析表明,风能转换系数的支持向量机模型具有很好的精度和泛化性能,而优化后的变桨距控制系统可对输出功率的调节获得较好的效果,保证风电系统的恒功率输出。

Abstract:Basic characteristics of wind power generators were discussed.The operation characteristics of the generators were described,which included the maximal wind energy capture when the wind speed is below the rated wind speed and pitch angle control when the wind speed exceeds the rated speed.Support vector machines(SVM) were used to optimize both the wind energy utilization coefficient and the control parameters of pitch angle control system.The simulation results indicate that SVM models can provide better performance,that optimised pitch angle control system can offer better output power adjustment.
