| Abstract: | This paper has analyzed the financial status in Tianshui and has found out the problems which the financial development and operation quality in Tianshui exist, indicating that the investment environment, the tax collection and administration, the expenditure structure, the budget management and the supervision mechanism in Tianshui should be reformed and improved so as to achieve the goal of optimizing resource allocation, monitoring the economic operation and income distribution and making the city powerful and the people rich. |
