| Abstract: | From different points of view, the article illustrates the role of a bridge the TAs by PhD candidate plays in practice teaching, who also plays an important role in improving students' innovative capability. Meanwhile, the article gives a brief introduction to the methods of employment of TA in connection with the situation of Department of E-lectronic Engineering. |
