| 摘 要： | 中国高等教育的区域不均衡分布与发展是一个不争的事实。20世纪90年代以来，许多学者运用不同的理论和方法，对区域问高等教育的规模、结构、投入等问题进行了定性和定量的研究，取得了明显的进展，但还存在着许多问题期待得到进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Chinese higher educations unbalanced distribution and development is an irrefutable fact. Since the 1990s,a lot of scholars had researched the scale, structure, and investment of higher education qualitatively and quantitatively by different theories and methods, and made obvious progress. But there still exist a lot of questions expected to be studied further. |
