| Abstract: | The educational testing system in our country is now faced with very serious test. After analyzing the defects in our current testing legal construction, we find out that it is very necessary to regulate the testing system in our country from legislative, administrative and judicial aspects, and an idea of "fairness, righteousness and equality" should be stressed so as to legalize the educational testing system in our country. |
