| 摘 要： | 区域性图书馆联盟在成员馆、资源、读者等因素上都有明显的长尾特征,引导联盟着力从降低成本、整合“应有尽有”的资源、深层次地揭示与导航资源、提供个性化的服务等方面加强建设,从而充分发挥区域性图书馆联盟规模化长尾效应.
