| 摘 要： | 恩斯特@马利(Ernst Mally),奥地利著名逻辑学家,于1926年提出了第一个道义逻辑系统,开辟了逻辑研究的新领域.但马利的系统遭到人们的长期批判,认为他的道义系统存在严重的缺陷.作者认为,马利的系统虽然存在着一些不足,但这些不足并没有人们想象的那么严重,只需稍做改进,其系统并不比其他逻辑学家提出的系统逊色.作者还认为,长期以来,人们习惯于从一元的角度来看待马利的系统,这实际不是对马利道义思想的正确反映,或许用二元逻辑的观点看待马利的系统更为合适.

| Abstract: | Emst Mally ,an Austrian logican,who presented the first system of deontic logic in 1926,and has contributed a lot to development of deontic logic. But people know a little about him and his thought. Firstly,the thesis introduce his deontic logic system. Secondly, I point at the flaw of his theory,and compare his theory with others. Thirdly ,I propose some methods to solve Mally's problems. I Think that we ought to consider Mally's deontic system as dyadic system. |
