三碘苯酚乙基纤维素微球的制备 |

摘 要: | 为提高造影剂的颗粒度,减少血池造影剂透过血管壁向组织间质渗出,影响血池造影剂的造影效果,采用液中干燥法制备了三碘苯酚乙基纤维素微球,研究了三碘苯酚与乙基纤维素的质量比对微球成球性、粒径以及载药量的影响,发现两者的质量比为1∶2时成球性最好,所得微球为规整的球形,微球粒径最小,平均粒径D50为3.68μm,载药量为41.4%.

Abstract: | In this paper,2,4,6-triiodophenol-ethylcellulose microsphere was developed by in2liquid drying method, in order to increase the granularity of the X2ray CT contrast agent and to prevent the blood vessel X-ray CT contrast agent from exuding through the vascular wall to the tissue. The influences of the composition ratio of 2,4,6-triiodophenol : ethylcellulose to the microspheres ’ appearance and diameter, and the entrapment of 2,4,6-triiodophenol were studied. It was found that when the composition ratio was 1∶2, the microspheres’ appearance was round, the average diameter was only 3168μm, and the entrapment of 2,4,6-triiodophenol was 4114 %. |
