| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的到来，我国经济发展中的产业结构得到了调整和优化，而产业结构变动必将带来就业结构变动；高职院校以就业为导向，要想谋求长期的生存和发展，必须关注就业结构变动趋势，研究和制定相应的发展战略，这样才能办出高质量、高水平、特色鲜明的职业院校。

| Abstract: | With the arrival of knowledge-base economy times, industrial set-ups has got adjustment and the optimization, but industrial set-ups alteration will certainly bring about the structure alteration obtaining employment in our country economic growth. Tall duty universities and colleges takes obtaining employment as guiding, need to want to seek the long range survival and develop, must show solicitude for the structure obtaining employment changing a trend, the ability studying and working out corresponding development strategy. In this way can we set up vocational colleges with height mass, high tone and distinct characteristics. |
